Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of payroll processing experience
  • Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and wage/hour compliance
  • Experience with Paychex systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
