Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processes payroll information and maintains payroll operations according to schedules and policies
  • Researches discrepancies such as returned checks and unclaimed property payments
  • Responds to employment verification requests and processes communications from the Office of Attorney General
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a finance-related field preferred; substantial professional experience may substitute
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical roles
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems
  • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
