Job Summary

Payroll Coordinator, responsible for managing payroll operations for exempt and non-exempt employees in a full-time remote position, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and handling various payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll operations for employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with payroll laws
  • Review and verify time records for accuracy and assist with payroll exceptions and modifications
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and assist with other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of payroll experience in multi-pay schedule environments
  • Experience supporting payroll for 500+ employees
  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance and wage and hour regulations
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (ISolved experience is a plus)
  • No sponsorship available
