Job Summary
Managing the complete multi-system payroll process, the full-time remote Payroll Coordinator will ensure accurate and timely payroll completion for multiple legal entities, analyze payroll reports, and provide support for problem resolution and account reconciliations.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the multi-system payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely payroll finalization
- Prepare, analyze, and reconcile payroll reports, implementing necessary adjustments for accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage payroll-related inquiries and issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on confidentiality
- Advanced data extraction and manipulation skills using tools such as Microsoft Excel
