Job Summary
Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Payroll Coordinator will manage payroll operations, process and audit employee data in Paylocity, and support benefits administration while working remotely from TX or GA.
Key responsibilities
- Process and audit employee payroll and HR data in Paylocity
- Ensure accurate completion of new hire onboarding and employee records
- Assist with payroll reporting, billings, reconciliations, and audits
Required qualifications
- Minimum one year of payroll experience
- Experience with payroll or HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
