Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Payroll Coordinator will manage payroll operations, process and audit employee data in Paylocity, and support benefits administration while working remotely from TX or GA.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and audit employee payroll and HR data in Paylocity
  • Ensure accurate completion of new hire onboarding and employee records
  • Assist with payroll reporting, billings, reconciliations, and audits
Required qualifications
  • Minimum one year of payroll experience
  • Experience with payroll or HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
