Job Summary
Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of employee and payroll records, the full-time Payroll Coordinator will manage data auditing, maintain payroll systems, and support audit preparation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Audit timekeeping records for compliance and process new hires and terminations in the payroll system
- Identify discrepancies and resolve payroll issues while maintaining audit-ready records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline payroll processes and enhance data quality
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with five or more years of experience in payroll, accounting, HR, or administrative operations
- Experience with data entry and supporting audit activities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
