Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Engineer (Payroll Focus) to support US customers in managing payroll workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues impacting runs, taxes, benefits, and reporting
  • Advise customers on payroll configurations, compliance, and workflows
  • Translate payroll challenges into product feedback and partner with teams on enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in Payroll, HRIS, or Payroll Support roles
  • Strong understanding of US payroll processes and compliance considerations
  • Experience troubleshooting payroll systems or integrations
  • Ability to analyze workflows and identify configuration gaps
  • Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Gusto, Workday, Paylocity) is a plus
