Payroll Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Delivery Manager I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintain oversight across multiple internal departmental actions
• Ensure quality control and compliance with service level agreements while leading process improvements
• Support clients throughout various life cycles and assist in project planning and rollout

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in high volume payroll operations, including end-to-end payroll management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience with US and Canadian payroll operations is an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs, including weekends and holidays
