A company is looking for a Director of Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly end-to-end payroll process globally
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and compliance with relevant legislation
• Lead and manage a team of payroll specialists, identifying areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management and team leadership
• Knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and procedures
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems
• Experience with processing subcontractor payments is advantageous
• Familiarity with Oracle and ADP is a plus
