Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Payroll, this contract position in Greenwood Village, Colorado, will oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple business units while leading a team of payroll professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize payroll operations for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations while managing a large payroll team
• Lead payroll initiatives through organizational changes and growth, fostering team development and engagement

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive payroll management experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing sectors
• Expertise with ADP and Workday payroll systems
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 30+ payroll professionals
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
