Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Expert for South Africa and East Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select software for payroll operations, ensuring compliance with Deel product technology
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in the designated regions and prepare internal payroll reports
• Manage local payroll and HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with local regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience in relevant countries
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with multiple payroll technologies and jurisdictions is an advantage
