Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select payroll software while ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Execute payroll accurately and on time, preparing internal payroll reports
• Manage local payroll and HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding of employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
• Experience with multiple payroll technologies is an advantage
