Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select software for payroll execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and prepare internal payroll reports
• Act as a resource for complex payroll inquiries and drive improvements in payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
• Experience managing technology and external payroll providers is preferred
