Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Expert to manage end-to-end payroll execution for specific countries or regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select software for payroll execution while ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and prepare internal payroll reports
• Act as a resource for complex payroll inquiries and drive improvements in payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and software solutions
• Experience managing technology and external payroll providers is an advantage
• Experience with implementation of payroll solutions is preferred
