Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select payroll software, ensuring alignment with product technology requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution and prepare internal payroll reports for compliance
• Act as a resource for complex payroll matters and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
• Experience managing technology and external payroll providers is an advantage
