Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select software for payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Deel product technology
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution and manage internal payroll reports for compliance
• Oversee local payroll and HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding of employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
• Experience with multiple payroll technologies is an advantage
