Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of payroll costing capabilities, the remote Payroll Functional Consultant will ensure accurate translation of payroll requirements and integration with financial processes while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, validate, and deploy payroll costing capabilities
• Ensure accurate costing and accounting of payroll results
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and technical teams for testing and post-go-live support

Required qualifications

• Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Professional - Advanced certification
• Experience in payroll costing design and implementation
• Strong understanding of financial and general ledger processes
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
