Payroll Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting payroll implementations, the remote Payroll Functional Consultant will manage payroll work plans, documentation, and testing while ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide payroll work plan and status reporting along with documentation of payroll requirements and solution design
• Configure and validate payroll functionality, including conducting parallel testing and reconciliation support
• Analyze payroll results to investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring readiness for cutover and go-live activities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience supporting or leading payroll implementations
• Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, and taxes
• Experience with payroll testing, including UAT and regression testing
• Ability to translate payroll business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll is strongly preferred
