Payroll Global Service Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Global Service Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll services and systems team to deliver customer service and respond to payroll inquiries
• Ensure accurate weekly payroll processing in accordance with client policies and procedures
• Oversee payroll tax processes, including compliance and implementation of tax law changes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of payroll experience with a large employee base
• Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience
• CPA or Chartered Accountant certification
• Experience with Oracle Cloud payroll system is preferred
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes, including compliance requirements
