Payroll Governance Specialist

Job Summary

As part of the Global Payroll team, the full-time Payroll Governance Specialist will drive governance initiatives, monitor compliance and audit activities, and develop performance metrics in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Driving Payroll Governance, Compliance, and Internal Control initiatives across multiple countries
• Monitoring payroll risks, controls, audit findings, and remediation activities
• Defining, tracking, and reporting Global Payroll KPIs and operational performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, accounting, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in Governance, Internal Controls, Process Management, Audit, Compliance, or similar functions
• Payroll experience is highly desirable
• Strong experience in process governance, internal controls, risk management, and performance monitoring
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
