Payroll HRIS Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll/HRIS Contractor to manage payroll and HRIS functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments
• Maintain employee data integrity within the HRIS system and conduct regular audits
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and respond to inquiries regarding benefits plans

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience processing payroll for a multi-state organization
• Hands-on experience with a modern HRIS/payroll platform, preferably Rippling
• Solid understanding of payroll principles and applicable wage and hour laws
• Experience in benefits administration is a significant plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
