A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead client implementations on their payroll system.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients to analyze their payroll systems and compliance needs in the UK and Ireland
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for project requirements and configurations
• Configure the payroll system according to client specifications and oversee data migration and validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in payroll system implementation
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance standards in the UK and Ireland
• Experience with various payroll systems and software
• Client-facing project management experience
