Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their Retirement Plan Services organization in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute complex payroll implementations and conversions to meet client service needs
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create effective payroll implementation plans
  • Analyze complex payroll issues and advocate for clients to drive positive changes
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the retirement plan/product industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll services and implementation processes
