Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their Retirement Plan Services organization in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex payroll implementations and conversions to meet client service needs
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create effective payroll implementation plans
- Analyze complex payroll issues and advocate for clients to drive positive changes
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3-5+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the retirement plan/product industry is preferred
- Knowledge of payroll services and implementation processes
