Job Summary
Leading the configuration and deployment of the UKG Ready Payroll solution, the contract Payroll Implementation Consultant will utilize deep functional and configuration expertise to meet client requirements and U.S. compliance standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and deployment of the UKG Ready Payroll solution based on gathered client requirements
- Conduct data migration and validation, particularly for timekeeping data
- Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. payroll compliance and tax requirements during the build process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of strong functional experience with UKG Ready, particularly with Payroll implementations
- Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment
- Solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices
- Experience with General Ledger and Payroll History functionality
