Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager who will oversee the implementation lifecycle for payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for the payroll team
  • Analyze business needs to configure HR, payroll, and tax systems
  • Train payroll team on the new system and provide ongoing support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in a union payroll environment
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and system implementations
  • Experience with HRIS and ERP systems, preferably Dayforce, Sage, or similar
  • Strong experience with Excel and data analysis
