Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager who will oversee the implementation lifecycle for payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for the payroll team
- Analyze business needs to configure HR, payroll, and tax systems
- Train payroll team on the new system and provide ongoing support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in a union payroll environment
- Proven experience in payroll processing and system implementations
- Experience with HRIS and ERP systems, preferably Dayforce, Sage, or similar
- Strong experience with Excel and data analysis
