Payroll Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support the modernization of agricultural back-office operations, the remote Payroll Implementation Manager will design and scale payroll implementation processes, manage client relationships, and ensure data integrity while advocating for customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Payroll Implementation process, including data import and tax configuration
• Iterate on product and process to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Audit payroll data and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate successful payroll runs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll implementation management
• Experience in building playbooks and scaling systems and processes
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Demonstrable interest in agriculture and improving the lives of farmers and farmworkers (bonus)
