Job Summary

To support the implementation of payroll solutions, the full-time salaried Payroll Implementation Manager will assist in onboarding new clients to iSolved products, ensuring smooth transitions from previous payroll systems while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining client engagement throughout the process.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Implementations team to ensure projects are on schedule and communicate progress to management
  • Document the implementation process and maintain updated checklists and project plans in the Payroll Shared Drive
  • Work closely with clients to streamline their payroll processes and improve automation and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of payroll experience in a complex environment
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Experience with at least two payroll/HCM systems, with iSolved experience strongly preferred
  • American Payroll Association certification (FPC or CPP) preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in implementation and project management
