Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist to ensure successful implementation of client payroll services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial payroll contact for clients and own the testing of payroll-related modules and workflows
  • Conduct client and internal user training while participating in process improvement and issue resolution
  • Utilize analytical skills to support payroll administration and enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll analytics, or payroll system development
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management or data analytics
  • Familiarity with payroll processes, including payroll auditing and tax withholdings
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
