Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide input into payroll implementation plans to meet client service needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop payroll implementation solutions and functional requirement documents
  • Administer data collection sessions and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with client requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 3+ years of retirement plan and/or systems analysis experience
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with internal clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
