Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Payroll Services Implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for new clients, managing the implementation process and ensuring all necessary documentation is received
  • Lead the configuration of payroll and related systems for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate setup and reporting
  • Provide client training and develop custom reports, troubleshooting, and support for payroll system issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Expert knowledge of payroll system setup and configuration
  • Strong knowledge of tax filing processes and multi-state payroll
  • Experience with 401(k) or HCM services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
