Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Payroll Services Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients, managing the implementation process and ensuring all necessary documentation is received
- Lead the configuration of payroll and related systems for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate setup and reporting
- Provide client training and develop custom reports, troubleshooting, and support for payroll system issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Expert knowledge of payroll system setup and configuration
- Strong knowledge of tax filing processes and multi-state payroll
- Experience with 401(k) or HCM services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
