Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to client services
• Lead the configuration of payroll and related systems for new and existing clients while providing training and support
• Develop custom reports and troubleshoot payroll system issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Expert knowledge of payroll system setup/configuration and reporting
• Experience with multi-state payroll and tax filing processes
• Strong proficiency in MSFT Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
