Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join their Retirement Plan Services team in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review clients' plan documents and collaborate with stakeholders on payroll implementation solutions
- Administer data collection sessions and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met
- Identify and resolve stakeholder issues, providing education and training on processes and services
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 1-3+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Experience in the retirement planning/product industry is preferred
