Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Sr Specialist to manage client transitions and ensure successful payroll system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, facilitating the implementation process and ensuring timely documentation
• Lead the configuration of payroll and related systems for new and existing clients, including training and support
• Develop custom reports and troubleshoot payroll system issues while creating resources for client education

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Expert knowledge of payroll system setup, configuration, and reporting
• Experience with multi-state payroll and tax filing processes
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with evolving tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
