Job Summary

Leading the complete implementation process for new clients, the full-time Payroll Implementation Specialist will manage onboarding, provide technical training, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire client implementation process from post-sale to completion
  • Collaborate with various departments to address issues during implementation and manage client expectations
  • Provide technical training and support for HRIS and initial payroll processing
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in account management and/or client implementation
  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through on client requests
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
