Job Summary
Leading the complete implementation process for new clients, the full-time Payroll Implementation Specialist will manage onboarding, provide technical training, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire client implementation process from post-sale to completion
- Collaborate with various departments to address issues during implementation and manage client expectations
- Provide technical training and support for HRIS and initial payroll processing
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management and/or client implementation
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on client requests
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
