Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Working full-time, the Payroll Implementation Specialist will configure and implement ADP Workforce Now for new clients, ensuring accurate setup and smooth transitions to ongoing payroll processing while collaborating closely with project managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll system implementations for new clients across the ADP Workforce Now platform
• Gather and document client payroll requirements, processes, and data needs while performing data mapping and validation
• Execute system testing and troubleshoot setup issues, ensuring accurate resolution and client training on payroll system functionality

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of payroll experience with exposure to payroll system implementations or configuration
• Experience with ADP platforms, particularly Workforce Now, is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and system workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification strongly preferred (or in progress)
