Payroll Integration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll File Integration Implementation Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of new data exchange development, including documentation, configuration, testing, and launch
• Communicate with clients and vendors for requirements gathering and analysis
• Coordinate with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structure and file layouts

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years as an administrative outsourcing analyst or equivalent; programming/coding experience in SaaS is a plus
• Experience with various payroll platforms is ideal
• Understanding of payroll file formats
• Proficiency in XML/XSL and strong Excel skills
• BS preferred in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, but not required
