Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Lead to support the execution and operational excellence of its U.S. payroll program.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll
• Maintain payroll accuracy by auditing data and resolving discrepancies
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax withholding requirements
• Experience with payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Paylocity
• Demonstrated ability to support payroll audits and reconciliations
• Strong organizational and process management skills
