Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional onsite requirements for critical testing events, the Payroll Lead will manage payroll processes, ensure compliance, and oversee team performance in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to payroll
• Oversee and mentor payroll team members to enhance performance and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
• Experience with payroll software and systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Relevant certification in payroll or accounting preferred
