Payroll Lead Analyst

Job Summary

To support a global payroll team, the full-time remote Payroll Lead Analyst will manage complex payroll processes, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor for North America and select LATAM payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead analyst for accurate payroll processing across US, Canadian, and LATAM regions
• Own and review payroll items, ensuring accurate configuration and processing in Workday
• Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing timely support and troubleshooting complex issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Workday payroll experience, including hands-on processing and configuration familiarity
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data reconciliation and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies without direct management authority
