Payroll Lead Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Lead to manage payroll processes and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of complex payroll projects, ensuring compliance with Mexican legislation
• Support end-to-end payroll processing and manage associated tasks and transactions
• Collaborate with team members and clients to address payroll-related inquiries and support client engagement activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll management, specifically with SAP and Mexican payroll legislation
• Strong knowledge of payroll inputs and outputs, including third-party interfaces and tax compliance
• Experience in supporting technical and functional payroll issues
• Ability to handle sensitive information and mitigate risks related to payroll processes
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
