Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Lead - Ontario & U.S. for a hybrid role in Brampton, ON, who will manage and audit bi-weekly payrolls, ensure compliance with payroll legislation, and support payroll operations across Canada and the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and audit bi-weekly payrolls for Canadian and U.S. employees
  • Ensure payroll compliance with Canadian and U.S. payroll legislation and tax regulations
  • Manage payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, and deductions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
  • Strong experience with multi-province Canadian payroll and multi-state U.S. payroll
  • Experience in high-volume payroll environments
  • Strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. payroll tax regulations
  • Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting
