Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll process within the Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review multi-state biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Manage the ADP payroll system, including data integrity, reporting, and resolving payroll data processing errors
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and provide ongoing payroll support to employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• 7+ years of payroll administration experience, with at least 2 years in payroll management
• Experience with payroll for 250+ employees across multiple states
• ADP super user and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
