Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, and taxes
• Manage payroll staff and provide coaching for accurate payroll processing
• Oversee payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., UKG, ADP) and Microsoft Excel
• In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and tax compliance
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation (preferred)
