Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll preparation, distribution, and reporting while ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Act as the primary administrator for payroll platforms, maintaining data integrity and troubleshooting issues
• Evaluate payroll workflows for automation and efficiency, and lead internal and external payroll audits

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in payroll management
• Experience with ADP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Deep understanding of payroll taxes, garnishments, benefits deductions, and FLSA regulations
• Ability to explain complex payroll and tax concepts to employees at all levels
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred
