Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely employee payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for over 1,000 employees, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Conduct regular payroll audits and perform quarterly reconciliations on payroll taxes
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance teams to maintain payroll systems and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including 1-3 years in a functional manager role
• Experience with Workday Payroll is required
• Certified Payroll Professional preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax withholdings laws and regulations
