Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager for the Industrial Products Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations across multiple business units in North America, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and supervise direct reports for effective team performance
• Collaborate with HR and external partners on payroll matters, ensuring timely tax filings and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of payroll experience in multi-state/multi-location environments
• Certification in Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred
• Proven experience in leading and managing payroll teams
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and GAAP principles
