Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global payroll processes for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain payroll policies, documentation, and accounting journal entries
• Collaborate with the People Team and manage relationships with third-party payroll providers to improve payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payroll, including 3+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Expertise in payroll legislation, regulations, and accounting practices
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Proven track record of process improvement in payroll functions
