Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations for union and non-union labor groups
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, contractual requirements, and collective bargaining agreements
• Oversee payroll accounting activities and maintain payroll procedures for audit readiness and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent 8+ years of experience
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint
• Strong leadership capabilities to guide and develop payroll staff
• Advanced organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to apply organizational policies and governance standards across payroll functions
