Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end payroll cycle management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Implement process improvement strategies to enhance payroll operations and reporting capabilities
• Manage payroll tax compliance and filings, including coordinating with external tax advisors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (CPP or FPC certification preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or healthcare technology industry
• Experience and proficiency with ADP and other HRIS/Benefits systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations and wage and hour laws
• Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to payroll management
