Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and HRIS support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of multi-state payrolls and manage year-end payroll activities
• Provide leadership and training to payroll staff while overseeing HRIS functions and data integrity
• Generate and deliver HRIS and payroll reports based on business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive payroll experience with strong multi-state payroll and taxation knowledge
• Minimum 3 years of payroll supervisory experience with proven ability to manage payroll processing
• 3-5 years of HRIS experience supporting system maintenance and reporting
• Bachelor's degree required; Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and proficiency with reporting tools and databases
